Ajith’s Pattudala wraps up its censor formalities

Ajith’s Vidaamuyarchi, initially announced for Pongal 2025, is now releasing on February 6. The biggie, directed by Magizh Thirumeni, will have a simultaneous release in Telugu under the name Pattudala. Asian Suresh Entertainment and Sri Lakshmi Movies are bringing this action thriller to the Telugu states’ audiences.

The latest update is that Pattudala wrapped up its censor formalities. The production house took to social media and wrote, “A tale of grit, perseverance, and triumph! Pattudala is U/A 16+ certified and ready to set the screens on fire.” The approved runtime of Pattudala is 2 hours and 34 minutes, which is decent for a star-hero film.

The movie also stars Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, Aarav, Nikhil Nair, Dasarathi, Ganesh, Vishnu Edavan, Arivu, and others in pivotal roles. Subaskaran bankrolled Vidaamuyarchi under the banner of Lyca Productions. Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer.
