Venkat Prabhu, who is well known as a director of huge hits like Saroja, Chennai 600028, and The Loop (Maanaadu) is the director of this much anticipated movie which has Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role.
As per the hearsay, the ‘Leo’ actor viewed the movie’s final cut and was heavily impressed with the output. He is also said to have expressed his confidence about the film’s success.
The success of this movie plays a major role in the director’s career, as his last few films didn’t work out as expected, except for ‘The Loop’. On the other hand, G.O.A.T is going to be the second-last film of Thalapathy Vijay, as he announced his retirement from films earlier in view of his political journey.
The big-budget film has Prabhu Deva, Sneha, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prashanth, Jayaram, Ajmal, Yogi Babu, and other well-known actors in crucial roles. The film is all set to hit the silver screens in the first week of September 2024.
