Zee 5 is back with yet another new web series titled Viraatapalem-PC Meena Reporting. Abhignya Vuthaluru plays the female lead in this thriller.
The trailer was released today, and it looks interesting. Set in the 1980s, in the remote and fear-stricken village of Viraatapalem, a chilling curse silences celebrations, and every bride dies mysteriously on her wedding day.
No marriage has taken place for over a decade. The village is frozen in fear; its population reduced to only the very young and the very old.
When a bold police constable played by Abhignya Vuthaluru is posted to the town, she refuses to accept the curse as truth. She starts her investigation, and all this is showcased interestingly.
Directed by Poluru Krishna, the series is all set to premiere on Zee 5 on June 27, 2025. Stay tuned for more updates.
