After the massive success of Thudarum, Mohanlal and director Tharun Moorthy are once again joining hands for a new film that will be bankrolled by Ashiq Usman Productions. The project was officially announced today, with the production house sharing a photo of Mohanlal with the entire team.
The movie will be written by Ratheesh Ravi, who earlier worked on films such as Pullikkaran Staraa, Ishq and Adi. Shaji Kumar will handle the cinematography. Earlier this year, Ashiq Usman Productions had announced another film with Mohanlal that was supposed to be directed by debutant Austin Dan Thomas.
Mohanlal was set to play a cop in that film, but the project has now been dropped, and the L365 director has officially been replaced. Thudarum is the first film to gross over Rs. 100 crores in Kerala, and fans hope L365 will be even better than Thudarum.
