After Akhanda 2’s release issues, will this noted hero’s film also face a similar fate?

Unexpectedly, the release of Balakrishna’s much-awaited sequel, Akhanda 2, has been postponed, as the makers are currently dealing with financial issues that stemmed from their previous collaborations. This shocking development has left fans and movie buffs heavily disappointed.

Now, it appears that Karthi’s Vaa Vaathiyaar (Annagaru Vostaru in Telugu) is also headed for a similar fate. A case has been filed against the Karthi movie producer over unpaid dues, following which the Madras High Court has issued an interim stay on the film’s release. With the court order in place, the film’s release remains uncertain, and the next hearing is scheduled for December 8.

Cinephiles opine that producers must be more cautious about financial hurdles and resolve such issues well before the release, without causing inconvenience to the audience. We now have to wait and see what happens with these two films.
