Leaving a huge void in Indian Cinema, legendary director and Dadasaheb Phalke recipient K Viswanath breathed his last on February 2nd due to age related ailments.
The 92-year-old veteran’s passing is a personal loss to the Telugu film industry and several Tollywood personalities continue to mourn his demise.
In an emotional tribute to the departed legend, several members of the Telugu film fraternity will be participating in a ‘Kalanjali’ memorial event in K Viswanath’s honor.
The ‘elite get-together’ will be held today evening at 6pm at Park Hyatt in Hyderabad. Former legislator and filmmaker T Subbiramireddy is organizing the event, which will be attended by the who’s who of the Telugu film industry.
