Thalapathy Vijay’s next film with Lokesh Kanagaraj is titled Leo. The movie will have a multilingual release on 19th October 2023 during the Dasara. The announcement video was released yesterday, which is getting some sensational response.
From the moment the video was dropped, fans are coming up with new theories that the film is linked to Lokesh Cinematic Universe. In Khaidi (Khaiti in Tamil), Karthi says he worked in a bakery for three years during his imprisonment. In the latest video dropped, Vijay is seen preparing varieties of chocolate.
Fans believe that Leo and Dilli (Karthi’s character in Khaidi/Khaiti) are related to each other as per this logic. Another theory is that in Vikram’s announcement video and its interval scene, antagonists are seen wearing masks. Even in the announcement video of Leo, similar masks were worn by a group of people, and hence fans assume that Vikram is linked to Leo.
