Teja Sajja’s fantasy adventure Mirai gets a new release date

Young hero Teja Sajja delivered a humongous success with the superhero film Hanu-Man, which took him to the next level. He is currently working on the high-budget fantasy action adventure Mirai. A significant portion of the film’s shooting took place in Nepal and Hyderabad. Cinematographer turned director Karthik Gattamaneni is helming this flick.

Initially, it was announced that the film would hit the screens on April 18, 2025, but the latest update reveals Mirai has been postponed from the Summer race. This anticipated film will now open in cinemas on August 1, 2025. The reason behind the postponement was not announced, but reportedly, it is due to a delay in works. A brand new poster featuring the protagonist was revealed to unveil the release date. Like HanuMan, Mirai will also have a multi-lingual release.

Mirai is also special since it features Manchu Manoj in a negative role. Young actress Ritika Nayak plays the leading lady. Popular Tollywood producer TG Vishwa Prasad is bankrolling the project under the banner of People Media Factory. HanuMan fame Gowra Hari is the music composer.
