Taapsee is an actress who tries different films in her career. She has been doing films on OTT and the big screen for the last two years or so.
The Filmfare OTT Awards were held yesterday night in Mumbai and Taapsee won the Best Actor, Web Original Film (Female) for Loop Lapeta. This is Taapsee’s third Filmfare Best Actor win in a row after 2020’s Saand Ki Aankh and 2021’s Thappad.
‘#LooopLapeta was that film no one understood why I would want to do. Why would I want to touch a classic like Run Lola Run, why will I do another film where I’m running? she posted after winning the award.
