Nara Rohit recently came with the romantic comedy entertainer Sundarakanda. The film was directed by debutant Venkatesh Nimmalapudi and starred Vriti Vaghani and Sridevi Vijaykumar as the leading ladies. Despite receiving decent reviews, the movie didn’t leave much of an impact at the box office.
According to the latest update, Sundarakanda will be available for streaming from September 23 on Jio Hotstar in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. The theatrical window is four weeks. Given its genre, Sundarakanda is expected to receive good viewership in the OTT space.
Naresh Vijaya Krishna, Vasuki Anand, Satya, Ajay, VTV Ganesh, Abhinav Gomatam, and others played supporting roles in this comedy drama. Sundarakanda is jointly produced by Santhosh Chinnapolla, Gowtham Reddy, and Rakesh Mahankalli under the banner of Sandeep Picture Palace (SPP). Leon James composed the tunes.
