Shruti Hassan who will be next seen in the star-studded action drama Coolie opened up about her breakup with Santanu Hazarika. In a podcast with Ranveer Allahbadia, Shruti Hassan stated that she was almost on the verge of marriage. The actress shared that the relationship didn’t work out due to incompatibility and clarified that she wasn’t at fault.
Shruti Haasan noted, “The idea of marriage genuinely terrifies me. I’ve put in immense effort to shape my own identity, and the notion of tying that to a piece of paper feels frightening. While I wholeheartedly respect the values that marriage represents, I don’t believe a legal document is necessary to affirm them.”
The Gabbar Singh actress revealed her wish to embrace motherhood. She added, “I do not want to raise a child as a single parent. I firmly believe that having two loving and committed parents is vital for a child’s upbringing and development. I may consider adopting children. They are very fascinating.”
