In a shocking incident, Malayalam star heroine Bhavana, well-known to Telugu audiences through her films such as Ontari, Hero and Mahatma etc, was allegedly kidnapped and harassed by two assailants. This harrowing incident took place near Athani, Kochi early this morning.
According to the reports, the culprits stopped and entered Bhavana’s car forcefully and harassed her and even took photos and videos of the actress. Later, they got down at a place and fled in another car. Bhavana took shelter at a director’s house and informed the police about the incidents.
Upon Bhavana’s complaint, cops took her driver Martin into custody. Bhavana also alleged that her former driver was one of the two assailants. A manhunt is on to nab the culprits.
