Pop singer Smita has unveiled a new song titled ‘Wake Up India’ in support of Narendra Modi. She has been a long time supporter of Modi and for the past few weeks, she had been expressing her opinions on the current state of politics in the state and central level.
Talking to a leading newspaper, Smita recently said, “I frequently visit Ahmedabad on business and I am mighty impressed by the good work done by the Modi government there.” The song was unveiled at a huge event held in Vijayawada and more than 3000 people graced the event.
Anant Sriram has written the lyrics whereas Smita and her team had conceptualized it. Sameer Reddy is the cinematographer. After releasing the song in support of Modi, it remains to be seen what else she comes up to support BJP and Modi.
