A section of media recently reported that Shruti Haasan has been roped in to play one of the lead roles in S S Rajamouli’s upcoming magnum opus Baahubali. Soon, the rumour spread like wild fire, especially on social networking sites. When Rajamouli heard the rumours, he was surprised at the story and he has categorically denied the rumours. “shruthi hassan being roped in to act in baahubali is false news.We haven’t approached her for any role,” he posted on Twitter.
Baahubali stars Prabhas, Anushka and Rana in lead roles. The entire lead cast has begun practicing sword fighting and horse riding which are going to be an intrinsic part of the movie. Shobu Yarlagadda is going to produce the film under Arka Media Works banner. Moreover, the production team has launched a massive campaign to select scores of supporting characters in the film. M M Keeravani is going to score the music and Senthil Kumar is the cinematographer.
