After a very long time, Prabhas scored a commercial hit with Salaar, which is directed by Prashanth Neel. The movie grossed over 600 crores by the end of its theatrical run and provided a huge sigh of relief to fans. Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran played the friend of Prabhas.
The movie is now available for streaming on Netflix in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages along with English subtitles. The Hindi version won’t be making its digital debut anytime soon since a gap of 8 weeks is mandatory between theatrical and OTT release as mandated by multiplex associations.
Salaar also stars Shruti Haasan, Sriya Reddy, Eeswari Rao, Jhansi, Jagapathi Babu, Brahmaji, and Sapthagiri in essential roles. Vijay Kiragandur produced the film under the banner of Hombale Films. Ravi Basrur composed the tunes for this action drama.
