Siddharth Anand, known for his big-scale spectacles like War and Pathaan, is now coming up with another action entertainer, Fighter. The movie stars Bollywood Greek God Hrithik Roshan and sizzling beauty Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. The movie is based on the Balakot air strike conducted by Indian Air Force. Fighter is hitting the big screens on 25th January.

The movie has now completed its censor formalities and was awarded a U/A certificate by the censor board. The approved runtime of the film is 166 minutes (2 hours and 46 minutes), which is lengthy. If Siddharth Anand can weave magic with his screenplay, the runtime won’t be an issue.

The advance bookings for the movie commenced on a good note in international markets. The advances opened a few hours back in India. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, Rishabh Sawhney, and Akshay Oberoi in pivotal roles. Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures bankrolled this aerial action drama. Fighter is releasing in 2D, 3D, IMAX 3D, and 4DX 3D formats.
