Legendary Telugu actor Kota Srinivasa Rao has passed away at the age of 83, leaving behind a remarkable legacy in Indian cinema. Director Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) also paid tribute on social media platform X, reflecting on his long association with the veteran actor.
“The effect of his contribution to my films Shiva, Gaayam, Money, Sarkar, and Rakht Charitra is immeasurable, sir,” he wrote.
In a later post, RGV shared a rare photo taken with Kota Srinivasa Rao during the shoot of Anaganaga Oka Roju (1996). The nostalgic image has since gained widespread attention, with fans fondly recalling the actor’s standout performance in the film.
