Rashmika Mandanna is back with a bang. After winning hearts in Kuberaa, the actress is now stepping into an intense and raw new role with her latest project, Mysaa. The film was officially launched today with a traditional pooja ceremony at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad.
It’s been exactly a month since the makers revealed the striking first-look poster, and it left quite an impression. Rashmika was seen in a never-before-seen avatar: fierce, determined, and completely locked into character. Today’s event gave fans a closer glimpse into what’s shaping up to be one of her most powerful performances yet.
The launch saw producer Rama Naidu giving the film its ceremonial start by sounding the clapboard for Rashmika’s first shot. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and a sense of purpose, as the team came together to bless the beginning of this heroine-driven narrative.
Mysaa is the debut directorial venture of Rawindra Pulle, a protégé of filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi. Backed by producers Ajay and Anil Sayyapureddy under Unformula Films, the project brings together a sharp technical team too. Shreyaas Krishna handles cinematography, while Andy Long, known for his high-octane stunt choreography, will be designing the action sequences.
With a compelling vision and Rashmika leading from the front, Mysaa is already creating the right kind of buzz. More than just another release, this looks like a career-defining turn for the actress.
