Sudheer Babu, Nandita starrer Prema Katha Chitram is on its way to become a huge hit. Made within a small budget, sources say that the film has already recovered its budget from theatrical collections and satellite rights on the first day itself. Moreover, word of mouth is quite positive about the film and going by the response in the theatres, the film is expected to repeat the success of Maruthi’s earlier films like Ee Rojullo and Bus Stop.
J Prabhakar Reddy had directed Prema Katha Chitram and talking about the film’s success, he says, “I am happy that our efforts have paid off. We made the film with just four characters and a small budget, but the entertainment factor worked in our favour.” Maruthi had written the story and dialogues. Both Sudheer Babu and Nandita are quite thrilled with the success and in a recent press conference, they thanked the audience for accepting their film. JB had scored the music.
