Except for one or two films, the huge slate of Friday releases disappointed big time. That doesn’t mean you have nothing to watch, though. OTT has some interesting content lined up this week. Here’s a list of movies and series arriving to entertain you.
Mouname Nee Basha:
As part of the Katha Sudha series, ETV Win released this short film on September 7, 2025, starring Rajiv Kanakala in the lead role. Directed by Vara Mullapudi, it has received a decent response.
Su From So:
The Kannada blockbuster Su From So is finally arriving on OTT. Jio Hotstar has announced that the horror-comedy will stream from September 9, 2025. Directed and headlined by J. P. Thuminad and produced by Raj B. Shetty, the film grossed more than Rs. 120 crore at the box office. It will also be available in Telugu.
Coolie:
Anticipation was sky-high for Coolie when it was announced with Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj. However, the film failed to meet expectations and ended up an average fare. Amazon Prime Video is bringing it to home audiences from September 11, 2025. Apart from Telugu and Tamil, it will also release in Kannada and Malayalam.
Saiyaara:
This year’s highest-grossing Bollywood romantic drama Saiyaara is finally coming to OTT. Netflix will stream it from September 12, 2025. A Telugu version isn’t planned, but it will be interesting to see how OTT audiences receive the film.
Bakasura Restaurant:
Another horror-comedy, Bakasura Restaurant, is set to stream this week. Featuring Praveen, Harsha Chemudu, and Jai Krishna in key roles, the film will be available on both Amazon Prime Video and Sun NXT from September 12, 2025.
Rambo in Love:
This Telugu series faced delays but will finally premiere on Jio Hotstar from September 12, 2025. It stars Abhinav Manikanta, Payal Chengappa, Bhargav Writes, Kavya Kashetti, Achuth Nandha, and Ananya Jinka in lead roles.
Do You Wanna Partner:
Headlined by Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty, this Amazon Prime Video original series will debut on September 12, 2025. For now, only the Hindi version is confirmed, but there’s a chance of a Telugu release as well.
