Legendary Mollywood actor Mohanlal scored two biggest hits with Empuraan and Thudarum. Though the latter came with fewer expectations, it has stormed the box office. Thudarum is the first Rs. 100 crore grosser in Kerala. The film received excellent reviews and went from strength to strength with each passing day.
After creating a rampage at the ticket windows, Thudarum is now available for streaming on Jio Hotstar in Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada languages, along with English subtitles. The theatrical window is five weeks. Thudarum is expected to register solid viewership on OTT, too.
Directed by Tharun Moorthy, Thudarum also stars Sobhana, Prakash Varma, Farhan Faasil, Maniyanpilla Raju, Binu Pappu, Irshad Ali, and Aarsha Chandini Baiju in pivotal roles. M. Renjith produced the film under the banner of Rejaputhra Visual Media. Jakes Bejoy provided the tunes.
