Last month Film Federation of India (FFI) announced Chhello Show (Last Film Show) as India’s official entry to the Oscars. Many people were disappointed for not considering RRR. Now, here is good news for the hardcore fans of the magnum opus created by SS Rajamouli.
As we reported earlier, the team RRR is going to campaign the movie for the awards independently. The FYC (For Your Consideration) campaign is one of the first steps of the makers to win the Oscars.
The team will campaign for the awards in various categories including Best Motion Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Cinematography, Best Original Screenplay, Best Original Song, Best Original Score, and others. We need to see how the campaign will work out.
RRR is star-studded with Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Shriya Saran, Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani and others in significant roles. DVV Danayya produced this period action drama on a massive scale. MM Keeravaani scored music for this movie.
