The movie that introduced Ram Gopal Varma to the silver screen and changed the dynamics of Tollywood is Shiva. The 1990 cult film will re-release on November 14, 2025, in 4K with Dolby Atmos support.
Akkineni Nagarjuna fans are eagerly awaiting this release, and another of his cult classics, Geethanjali, is soon coming to theaters. The 1989 romantic classic was the first Telugu film of director Mani Ratnam.
The re-release and 4K conversion works are currently underway, and the final release date will be announced once the work is completed.
The film features Ilaiyaraaja’s enchanting tunes and the wonderful debut performance of Girija Shettar. Bhagyalakshmi Enterprises is the production banner.
