The police departments of both the Telugu states have been doing their bit in the lockdown situation for the last two months. Once again, they have made news for their effortless service now.
A train that was carrying migrant laborers from Mumbai to Villupuram in Tamil Nadu made a sudden stop at Guntakal junction in Anantapur district a few days back.
The train was carrying close to 1000 passengers and all of them were served food by the cops from AP. Going into detail, when the cops came to know that no one in the train had food, they arranged for dinner in under two hours.
Appreciating this great gesture, star hero Nagarjuna posted “Kudos to the police force of India for their selfless service In the front line of #CoronaPandemic to @APPOLICE100 not only You are Protecting you are serving the people #FrontLineHeroes #IndiaFightsCorona”.
