The re-release of Nagarjuna and Ram Gopal Varma’s Shiva is around the corner and the promotions are happening in full-swing. The actor and director shot a special interview with the sensational filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga. During this interview, Nagarjuna revealed an interesting fact.
“While we were shooting for Brahmastra, Ranbir used to talk only about Animal. He was pulling out Arjun Reddy’s Telugu version. He showed me a kissing scene and told me it was so real. Animal’s shoot didn’t start by then,” said Nagarjuna.
The actor added, “He (Ranbir Kapoor) was very excited to do Animal. We were working on a big film (referring to Brahmastra), but Ranbir was highly enthusiastic about Animal.” The A-rated film which also starred Rashmika and Bobby Deol in key roles went on to become a massive blockbuster earning over Rs. 900 crores globally.
