The 72nd edition of Miss World came to a glittering finale in Hyderabad on Saturday night. The star-studded event witnessed the presence of popular Indian and global celebrities, including Tollywood Megastar Chiranjeevi, Bollywood star Sonu Sood, and former Miss India and actress Namrata Shirodkar Ghattamaneni, among several others.
Namrata took to Instagram and shared a few pictures from the Miss World 2025 event. “So much beauty, elegance, and heart on one stage — congratulations to all the amazing contestants. You were all incredible. What a magical evening!” Namrata posted. She also gave a shoutout to Miss Thailand Opal Suchata, who has been crowned Miss World 2025. “And the biggest cheers for @suchaaata — Miss Thailand — Miss World 2025!,” Namrata wrote in her post.
The Miss World pageant witnessed reigning queen Krystyna Pyszkova from the Czech Republic handing over her crown to the new Miss World titleholder, Opal Suchata. On the other hand, Miss India Nandini Gupta had made it to the Top 40 after scoring well in the earlier rounds. Unfortunately, Nandini Gupta couldn’t make it to the final cut.
