The recently released pan-India socio-fantasy drama, Mirai, has emerged as a huge blockbuster in the Indian and overseas markets. The film is pulling off a sensation in the North American regions, where it has already entered the $1 million club.
In North America, Mirai collected a good $395K from the premieres and followed it up with another decent $375K outing on its opening day. On its day 2, Mirai is in top gear and has amassed a whopping $512K until 7 PM PST. In a massive feat, Mirai has also registered the biggest day 2 of the year in North America.
Mirai’s success across the globe has cemented Teja Sajja as the most bankable star among the young generation of actors. Worldwide, the Karthik Ghattamaneni directorial has amassed close to Rs 60 crore gross in two days.
