Teja Sajja and Manchu Manoj’s action-adventure fantasy drama Mirai has taken the box office by storm, raking in around Rs. 55 crore gross worldwide in just two days.
Fans know that Prabhas lent his voice for the film’s prelude, but a rumour quickly caught fire suggesting that AI was used to recreate his voice. In a recent interview, director Kartik Gattamneni set the record straight.
He revealed that Prabhas personally recorded every line, and no AI was involved. The reason his voice sounds slightly different, the director explained, is because it was sped up to fit the intended screen time for the narration.
