Small-budget film Little Hearts, featuring Mouli, Tanuj Prashanth, and Shivani Nagaram, is doing the unthinkable at the box office. The movie picked up tremendously with positive reviews and word of mouth. What’s more remarkable is that the rom-com is displaying solid hold on the weekdays too.
Rajeev Kanakala played Mouli’s father, but in a recent interview, director Sai Marthand revealed that the most sought-after actor, Jagapathi Babu, was the first choice for the hero’s father role. The director initially narrated the script to Jagapathi Babu, and the latter also liked the script. However, Jagapathi Babu couldn’t play the role due to some unspecified reasons.
Though he couldn’t be a part of Little Hearts, Jagapathi Babu identified a flaw in the story, which helped the unit refine the script and make the film much better. Sai Marthand expressed his gratitude to Jagapathi Babu for contributing significantly to the youthful entertainer.
