After delivering the biggest hit of his career with Thandel, Naga Chaitanya has now teamed up with director Karthik Dandu, known for Virupaksha, for an ambitious mythical thriller tentatively titled NC24. The film is being produced on a lavish scale by Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra LLP (SVCC) and Sukumar Writings, with BVSN Prasad and Sukumar backing the project and Bapineedu presenting it.

The team has successfully wrapped the first schedule and is reportedly pleased with the rushes. They have now kicked off a month-long, crucial second schedule in Hyderabad. Key scenes involving Naga Chaitanya and several prominent actors from various film industries will be filmed in this schedule.

Filming is taking place across three prominent locations in Hyderabad with the support of a top-tier technical team. To mark the start of this schedule, the makers unveiled a striking poster showing Naga Chaitanya wielding a pickaxe in one hand and a jute rope in the other, with the tagline: “One step deeper, one swing closer.”

The actor’s transformation in the film is said to be one of the biggest highlights, generating strong anticipation. Notably, NC24 stands as the most expensive film in Naga Chaitanya’s career. An official announcement regarding the title and the full cast will be out soon.

Earlier, the makers released a compelling concept video titled “NC24 – The Excavation Begins”, offering an intense behind-the-scenes look into the project’s grand vision. The video received a solid response from viewers and significantly boosted expectations.

The film boasts a stellar technical lineup, with music by Ajaneesh B Loknath, cinematography by Ragul Dharuman, production design by Sri Nagendra Tangala, and editing by Naveen Nooli.
