Survival thriller Kota Bommali PS, the remake of the Malayalam movie Nayattu, is now out in theatres. Directed by Teja Marni of Johar fame, the movie features Srikanth, Rahul Vijay, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Shivani Rajasekhar in the lead roles. The movie opened to decent reviews from critics.
The latest news is that the movie collected a gross of 1.75 crores on its opening day. Though Kota Bommali PS started slowly, it picked up steam with every show and posted a good number by the end of the day. This is a positive sign, and the film is expected to make the most out of this weekend.
The director made a few changes to the original script to ensure the film caters to the Telugu audience. Murali Sharma, Vishnu Oi, Dayanand Reddy, and others played significant roles in this movie. Kota Bommali is produced by Bunny Vas and Vidya Koppineedi under the banner of GA2 Pictures. The film’s music was composed by Ranjin Raj and Midhun Mukundan.
