Junior marks the first movie of Kireeti Reddy, son of mining baron Gali Janardhana Reddy. Dancing sensation Sreeleela stars opposite him in the female lead role. Radha Krishna Reddy helmed this project.
The movie is back in the news for its OTT release buzz. There are high chances of its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video on August 15, 2025, although nothing has been officially confirmed yet. Apart from Kannada and Telugu, it may also release in other Indian languages.
The movie has made around Rs. 10 crore in global gross. It was well received by mass audiences but failed to engage everyone due to its predictable plot. The OTT viewers’ response might make a difference, and we need to wait for that.
