This Friday brings a fresh lineup of OTT movies and series you can enjoy right at home. Among the many releases, here are four titles that deserve a spot on your watchlist.
The Family Man Season 3:
Fans have been waiting forever for this one, and the new season is finally just a few hours away on Amazon Prime Video. Srikant Tiwari (Manoj Bajpayee) is back on a new mission, and this time he’s up against Jaideep Ahlawat, who steps in as the antagonist. With Raj and DK steering the season again, expectations are pretty high. The show is also releasing in Telugu and a bunch of regional languages, so it’s set to reach a much wider crowd this time.
Bison:
Mari Selvaraj’s Bison was a proud moment for Tamil cinema earlier this year. Dhruv Vikram leads this gritty sports drama and, from what the team shared, he pushed himself physically to get the role right. The film did well in Tamil, though the Telugu version didn’t really take off. Anupama Parameswaran is part of the cast too. Netflix is streaming it tonight at 12 AM in all major South Indian languages along with Hindi.
Homebound:
This one is India’s official Oscar entry, and it has already picked up some attention at Cannes. Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, the film stars Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa, and Janhvi Kapoor. It streams on Netflix tomorrow, but only in Hindi for now. Backed by Dharma Productions, the film follows two village friends chasing a police job. It sounds simple, but the performances and the emotional beats have been getting solid early praise.
The Bengal Files:
Vivek Agnihotri’s The Bengal Files is heading to ZEE5 on November 21, 2025. It features Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi, and Darshan Kumar in key roles. The film didn’t really work in theatres, so it’ll be interesting to see how it performs on OTT, especially since it’s limited to Hindi.
These are the key releases you shouldn’t miss this weekend. Plenty more titles are landing across platforms, so it’s a good time to set up your watchlist and get comfortable.
