Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom has taken a flying start at the box office, grossing over ₹50 crore in just two days.
The film, despite mixed reviews, has drawn massive crowds, especially in Telugu states. Producer Naga Vamsi expressed his surprise at the overwhelming response, stating he didn’t expect such huge footfalls on a weekday.
“We believed in the film, but the weekday turnout has exceeded all expectations,” he said in one of his interviews to promote the film.
With strong word-of-mouth and no major competition, Kingdom is expected to have a solid weekend run and could become one of the biggest hits in Vijay’s career.
