Keerthy Suresh won national recognition with the film Mahanati. She then did some films which did not click at the box office. For one of her films, she lost a lot of weight as well but this did not go well with her fans as they did not encourage her lean look.
So, the update now is that the makers of Sarkaru Vaari Paata asked her to put on some weight for her role. So, Keerthy has put on some weight and is looking to make a stunning avatar in the film.
The shooting of the film is yet to be start and the casting is on as of now. Parasuram directs the film that has a US backdrop as well. So, Keerthy needs to set herself in both the lean and Indian avatar. Only time will tell as to what kind of look does she maintain for the film.
