Vijay Sethupathi, one of the finest actors in Indian cinema, has once again proven his talent with his 50th movie, Maharaja, which has become a blockbuster. Now, he is gearing up for the release of his much-anticipated film, Viduthalai Part 2 (Vidudala Part 2 in Telugu), scheduled to hit the screens on December 20, 2024.
Speculations have been rife that Vijay Sethupathi is playing a pivotal role in Ram Charan’s next film with director Buchi Babu Sana, tentatively titled RC 16. However, the actor denied these rumours during Maharaja’s promotions, stating that he is not part of the project.
Addressing the rumours again in the recently happened Vidudala Part 2 press meet, he clarified, “I don’t have time. I am listening to a lot of stories. Sometimes, the story is good, but the character is not enough for me.” This statement has put an end to the speculation surrounding his involvement in RC 16.
The shooting of RC 16 is currently underway, and updates about the project are expected soon. Meanwhile, fans are eagerly waiting to see which Telugu big-budget film Vijay Sethupathi will be a part of next.
