Featuring Raima Sen and Abhishek Singh in lead roles, the movie’s title poster captures the essence of the film with striking imagery depicting the powerful presence of Maa Kaali alongside a woman wearing a hijab. This symbolism represents the intricate layers of identity and community barriers explored in our film.
Directed by Vijay Yelakanti, the movie delves into pre-partition Bengal, resonating with the tumultuous era and touching upon themes relevant to the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Maa Kaali is set to release in both Bengali and Hindi languages, with Anurag Halde serving as the music director.
