Tollywood star and Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan’s high-budget pan-India historical action drama, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, has finally hit cinemas worldwide amid sky-high expectations. While the film is getting a mixed response from critics and audiences, Pawan Kalyan fans are thronging theaters in huge numbers to catch their favorite star on the big screen after almost two years.

HHVM’s team interacted with the media and fans earlier today as part of the promotions. Speaking at the event, Pawan Kalyan reminisced about the 5-year-old journey with Hari Hara Veera Mallu. Pawan said that he was pained to learn in his school days that Aurangzeb had levied the Jizya Tax on Hindus and non-Muslims. “I am happy that I have finally addressed my childhood pain in HHVM after all these years,” said the Janasena chief.

Pawan also said that he only knows how to handle the Panchayati Raj ministry affairs and that during Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s release, he even learned the “cine panchayati.” He thanked leading Tollywood producers Mythri Movie Makers’ Naveen and Ravi and People Media Factory’s TG Viswa Prasad for standing as a pillar of support to HHVM producer AM Rathnam during the difficult times before the film’s release. Pawan finally thanked his fans, who have been a relentless force in his ups and downs throughout his 3-decade-old career.
