With back-to-back projects on his plate, Thaman continues to prove why he is considered one of the busiest music directors in India. His recent outing is the Pawan Kalyan starrer They Call Him OG. In his post-release interview, he talked about movies and other topics.

He felt upset while talking about Guntur Kaaram. He faced a lot of criticism when he was announced as the composer for the Mahesh Babu starrer. More than 67.1K posts on X with the hashtag ‘Remove Thaman from SSMB28’ were shared.

Remembering that incident, Thaman said he doesn’t know why Mahesh Babu’s fans have so much negativity towards him. He never gave any bad album for Mahesh Babu. Speaking more about it, he said: “Trivikram stands by me like Mount Everest and asked me to stay away from social media and focus on work. I cried a lot when I saw the negative trend against me.”

On the work front, he has multiple projects in his kitty: The Raja Saab, Akhanda 2, NBK111, the Chiranjeevi–Bobby film, and more such big projects.
