Mega hero Sai Durgha Tej is currently busy filming Sambarla Yeti Gattu, directed by K. P. Rohith. The film, slated for release on September 25, 2025, has high expectations, and the team is working hard to complete it on time.

Earlier, Sai Tej announced Gaanja Shankar with Racha director Sampath Nandi. However, the team received notices from the Telangana State Anti-Narcotics Bureau (TSNAB), citing concerns that the title and content could be misleading. Speaking at the Odela 2 press meet, the director confirmed that the project was shelved after he, the hero, and the producers received official notices. “I felt it was better to scrap the movie rather than convince officials about the content and other aspects,” he stated.

With Gaanja Shankar scrapped, Sampath Nandi shifted his focus to Odela 2, starring Tamannaah Bhatia. The film is set for a grand release on April 17, 2025. Stay tuned for more updates.
