With just a few days left for its grand release, Thandel, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, is generating significant buzz. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the romantic action drama recently held its pre-release event in Hyderabad.
The event, originally planned as a closed-door gathering, was supposed to have Allu Arjun as the chief guest. However, he was unable to attend, and his father, Allu Aravind, explained the reason.
“Allu Arjun recently returned from abroad and is suffering from severe gastritis. That’s why he couldn’t make it,” said Allu Aravind.
Meanwhile, Animal director Sandeep Reddy Vanga attended the event, congratulated the team, and wished them success. Thandel is releasing on February 7, 2025.
