Hari Hara Veera Mallu on Burj Khalifa – Real or fake? Here’s What We Know

Power Star Pawan Kalyan is gearing up for the release of his much-anticipated historical action drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1-Sword vs Spirit, hitting cinemas on July 24, 2025. The film will release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam, marking the actor’s official pan-India debut.

Directed by Jyothi Krishna and presented by his father A.M. Rathnam, the film has been in the making for a long time. With the release just days away, excitement among fans is steadily building. However, a viral photo claiming a Burj Khalifa promotion has taken social media by storm, and not for the right reasons.

What’s Going Viral?

Over the last few hours, several fan pages and handles on X (formerly Twitter) have been sharing an image showing the Hari Hara Veera Mallu poster being played on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. This led to massive fan celebrations online, with many believing the promotion actually happened.

But here’s the reality: the photo is fake.

It originated from a fake account mimicking the film’s official handle, and there has been no official confirmation from the makers. Although the team had initially planned a trailer unveiling on the Burj Khalifa months ago, the event never materialised.

Promotions Still Minimal Despite Pan-India Release

With just eight days left for release, the film’s promotional strategy remains surprisingly low-key. While the buzz in the Telugu states is stable, the lack of active promotion in other languages, especially Hindi, is raising eyebrows.

For a film positioned as a pan-India project, visibility in North India is critical. If the content connects with Hindi-speaking audiences, it could significantly boost the film’s box office performance. However, the team so far appears to be taking a conservative approach in markets outside Telugu states.

Pre-Release Event Confirmed in Vizag

The official pre-release event for Hari Hara Veera Mallu is scheduled to take place in Vizag on July 20, 2025. Several popular celebrities are expected to attend as chief guests, and full details will be announced soon.

Nidhhi Agerwal is the female lead in this movie, while Bobby Deol plays the antagonist. Other important roles are portrayed by Sathyaraj, Sunil, Vennela Kishore, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Pujita Ponnada, and others. A. Dayakar Rao produced Hari Hara Veera Mallu under the Mega Surya Production banner, and the Oscar-winning composer M.M. Keeravaani provided the music.
