Pradeep Ranganathan’s Dude is all set for a Diwali release on October 17, 2025. Directed by debutant Keerthiswaran, the film features Mamitha Baiju as the female lead. The makers have been promoting the film actively, with Pradeep visiting multiple colleges in Tirupati recently.
As promised, the team has unveiled the theatrical trailer, which offers a promising mix of romance, comedy, emotions, and action. Pradeep Ranganathan once again plays an eccentric role and impresses with his comic timing. He shares solid chemistry with Mamitha Baiju. The trailer hints that the female lead initially falls for the protagonist, but she calls for a breakup later, and this changes their dynamic.
Pradeep interestingly remarks that it’s now a “trend” to call others’ feelings cringe, a dialogue that stands out. Neha Shetty also plays a key role. The director kept the story under wraps in the trailer, but he assured a perfect balance of fun and emotion. It remains to be seen what he has in store for us with his first film.
