Varanasi, spearheaded by Superstar Mahesh Babu and directed by SS Rajamouli, is one of the most anticipated films of Indian cinema. The title launch event held in RFC, Hyderabad took the nation by storm, and the first glimpse blew away the minds of audiences.
Deva Katta is serving as the dialogue writer for this big-ticket entertainer. In an interview, he made an interesting statement about Varanasi. “If Magadheera, Eega, Baahubali and RRR are put together and multiplied by a factor, you get Varanasi,” said the Prasthanam director.
Deva Katta stated that even if Rajamouli gives him the Varanasi script, he can’t do justice to it, adding that Rajamouli’s vision, imagination, and effective handling of emotions are far beyond his level. Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran play key roles, and MM Keeravani is the music composer.
