Marvel’s Deadpool & Wolverine has made history as the highest-grossing R-rated film ever and the second highest-grossing movie of 2024, with a global box office of $1.3 billion and rave reviews.
The film is set for a digital release soon, with current reports indicating it will become available on Premium Video on Demand (PVOD) starting October 1, 2024, in English. Its streaming debut on Disney Plus is expected by the end of October, with Telugu and other Indian language versions slated for release on Disney Plus Hotstar around the same time. An official announcement is yet to be made.
Directed by Shawn Levy and starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, Deadpool & Wolverine also features Emma Corrin, Matthew Macfadyen, Jon Favreau, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, among others. The film is produced by Kevin Feige, Lauren Shuler Donner, Ryan Reynolds, and Shawn Levy.
