Going into details, the news is that Chiranjeevi has bought 6 acres of land on a hilltop in Ooty. The registration and other formalities have been completed as per the news and the property costs a whopping 16 crores as per the update.
The word is also that Chiranjeevi is planning to build a farmhouse in that area and construction will also begin soon. Ram Charan and his wife have already visited the site and have given their inputs for building the farmhouse.
