Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal’s blockbuster historical drama, Chhaava, continues to show its might at the box office across the country. This acclaimed biopic on legendary Maratha warrior Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj has already surpassed the coveted Rs 400 crore club at the domestic box office.
As per the latest updates, Chhaava collected a solid Rs 13.23 crore nett, taking its 15-day India total to Rs 424.69 crore nett. As the film has just entered its third weekend, the Rs 500 crore milestone will be surpassed in the coming week. The film is trending better than Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule in several regions, especially in the Maratha heartland.
Chhaava also features Akshaye Khanna and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. The Laxman Utekar directorial is produced by Dinesh Vijan under the Maddock Films banner. Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman has composed the music.
