Bollywood young talent Kartik Aaryan is currently shooting for Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, which also stars Ananya Panday. He has also completed a romantic drama directed by Anurag Basu, featuring Sreeleela as the female lead. Recently, it was reported that Kartik is in talks with Chak De India director Shimit Amin for an aerial actioner.
According to a recent report in Pink Villa, the Hindi actor has been conducting discussions with Panjaa director Vishnuvardhan for a zombie film. Vishnuvardhan is known for his work in Tamil cinema. He was the one who directed Shershaah in Hindi (which starred Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani), which is regarded as classics.
It is said that Kartik Aaryan has been planning to do a zombie film for a while. Reportedly, Vishnuvardhan developed a unique zombie script, and Kartik loved the world created by the Kollywood director. The Luka Chuppi actor is believed to have given his nod, and the project is expected to go on floors in 2026.
