Mohanlal’s Drishyam, directed by Jeethu Joseph, is a popular franchise that was remade in multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Sinhalese, and Chinese. Last year, the Korean remake was announced, and now the movie is all set to be made in Hollywood. Panorama Studios of India collaborated with U.S. Companies Gulfstream Pictures and JOAT Films for the English adaptation.

Panorama Studios produced the Hindi version of Drishyam, and they bagged the international remake rights of the franchise from Aashirvad Cinemas. Kumar Mangal Pathak, the Chairman of Panorama Studios, stated that Drishyam’s clever narrative has a universal appeal. He added that their mission is to produce Drishyam in 10 countries in the next three to five years.

Mike Karz and Bill Bindley of Gulfstream Pictures issued a joint statement:” The film is a timeless thriller that has enchanted audiences across the globe. We can’t wait to bring the movie to fans here in the U.S.”
