Bollywood Megastar Salman Khan disappointed fans big time with his recent outings. He is now busy shooting for his next project, Battle of Galwan. In this war drama, the star will play Colonel Santosh Babu, the brave Indian soldier who was martyred during a chilling hand-to-hand combat with the Chinese army in the Galwan Valley in 2020.
Apoorva Lakhia is the director. The movie is in the final leg of production, but the makers haven’t announced the release date yet. The latest report in Bollywood Hungama suggests that Salman is considering his ever-favorite Eid festival slot for the biggie’s release. Salman Khan and Eid are synonymous with each other, and the actor had 16 releases during the festival season, most of which emerged as blockbusters.
The report mentioned, “The shoot would be wrapped up in December and hence, Battle Of Galwan will be ready by March. Moreover, his fans will be overjoyed if the film is announced as an Eid release. Hence, Eid is a date that he’s seriously considering, and he plans to take a call on the same soon.”
